Send an invoice
POST/invoices/{id}/send
draft → open: records the invoice’s stable payment URL. No checkout
session is created here — the landing flow behind the URL resolves or
mints sessions when the customer arrives (follow-up phase). Only a draft
can be sent; re-sending is a 409 (the caller already holds the one stable
link).
